Star Wars III: Revenge of the Siths
this is the new title for star wars 3 if i remember correctly. i think i read an article on it online, but i can't wait till it comes out!!!
hey guys. hope you all are alright. no one sounds really all that happy right now, but i hope that you, ashley, are alright, and that you, sarah, are alright too. i do'nt really know what's happened with the surgery but i'm going to be assuming it went well since no one has posted much else news. you're in my dreams sarah:-d
today was the first day of classes at the academy. all the classes were pretty fun and i knew at least one person in most of my classes and in the ones that i didnt'...hopefully i'll make friends. if i don't, i'll live anywayz, cuz the classes are only an hour long. but still...enough for me to start falling asleep. the only bad thing about it is that there are only about an average of 15 people in each class so you get a lot of individual attention which means that if i fall asleep, there's a real good chance that they're going to know about it and that's not the kind of impressino that i wanna make on the first day of school. classes start at 9 and go on till about 5. i get an hour break somewhere in there, but i'm not going to bore you with all the details.
what is fun is that you get to hang out with friends practically 24/7 other than when we have to go to classes. but it's a lot of fun. so far, it seems like i've been playing poker with christian, sean, jane, tyler, and this new girl named alunee that i met at orientation. i finally learned how to play texas holdem and i have to say that i'm addicted now. i wonder if they have that game online. if you guys don't know how to play it, you should definitely learn. it's so fun playing with chips cuz no matter what it's not like you're losing your own money. here they don't have that stupid rules where you can't play cards and you can't gamble. we set up the game right in the middle of the lounge and the SLC's ( Student Life Counselors-mainly the people that are in charge of our well being) actually come join us and say hi and stuff so it's awesome.
also, jane and i took a run yesterday and we ran all that way to the bell tower from our dorm. it was about a 15 min run there...well actually, it'd probably be faster if we actually ran the whole way, but we're slowly gettin in shape. we passed the atrium where sarah had her journalism camp and we also passed the theatre and the library. hopefully, ball state will open soon cuz i'm missing the library and a pool. turns out that thyey do'nt have a swim team here that we could join so i've decided to just go to the pool a lot and be really strict on myself.
tomorrow, i don't have my first class till 2:30!!!! i've got tons of time to sleep in!!! YAY!!! i'm so happy!!! well, i've got loads of hmwk even though it's only been one day. hope you guys are all doing well in indy.
